The Australian Institute of Laser Therapy (AILT) provides government accredited education and nationally recognised cerification to medical, allied health professionals, nurses and skin therapists. Essential underpinning theoretical knowledge and critical practical hands-on tuition ensures successful and safe application of thermal Intense Pulsed Light (IPL) and High Intensity Laser Therapy (HILT) for dermatological, cosmetic applications and hair removal, as well as non-thermal Low Intensity Laser Therapy (LILT) for therapeutic treatment of skin and body. Our restricted class size of no more than 4 students per Graduate Certificate course ensures maximum one-to-one learning.
The 1-day intensitve introductory course in "Laser Science & Safe Use of Laser & Intense Pulse Light" is approved by Australian Radiation Authorities to be awarded a Laser Safety Certificate which is a prerequisite for obtaining a license to use laser and for professional imdemnity insurance providers.
